Custom Web Application Development for Growing Businesses

Dashboards, customer portals, SaaS products and internal tools, engineered around your business logic and hosted by the team that built them.

What we build

A web application is software your customers or staff use in a browser: it has accounts, roles, data, workflows and usually money moving through it. Templates and page builders stop being useful at that point. We design and code the application from the ground up so it does exactly what your business does, and nothing you have to work around.

MVPs for new products

The smallest version of your idea that real users can pay for, shipped in weeks so you learn before you spend.

SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant products with subscriptions, billing, role-based access, audit logs and an admin console.

Customer and client portals

Secure self-service areas where customers upload documents, track orders or cases, and pay invoices.

Internal tools and dashboards

Replace the spreadsheet that runs your operation with a system that enforces the process and reports on it.

Booking, quoting and ordering systems

Configurators, calendars and checkout flows connected to your payment provider and accounting.

Legacy application rescue

Stabilise, secure and modernise an application another team left behind.

How a project runs

  1. Discovery, one to two weeksWe map your users, workflows and integrations, then write a scoped proposal with a fixed price and a milestone plan.
  2. DesignWireframes first, then clickable prototypes of every screen. You approve the experience before we write production code.
  3. Build in milestonesWeekly demos on a staging server. Automated tests, code review and a security checklist on every feature.
  4. LaunchDeployed to hosting we manage, with monitoring, backups, SSL and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Or to your own cloud if you prefer.
  5. Support and iterationA post-launch support window is included. Most clients continue on a monthly maintenance plan for updates and new features.

Technology we use

We match the stack to the project rather than forcing every client into one framework. Typical choices:

LayerOptionsWhen we choose it
Front endReact, Next.js, VueInteractive dashboards and SaaS interfaces; Next.js when SEO of public pages matters
Back endLaravel (PHP), Node.js, DjangoLaravel for most business applications; Node.js for real-time features; Django for data-heavy products
DataMySQL, PostgreSQL, RedisRelational by default; Redis for queues, caching and sessions
IntegrationsStripe, PayPal, HubSpot, Xero, QuickBooks, Twilio, SendGrid, custom REST and GraphQL APIsWhatever your business already runs on. See API & integrations
InfrastructureDocker, CI/CD, our VPS cloud, AWS, GCPOur hosting for most clients; your cloud when compliance or scale requires it

Why a studio that also hosts

Most development agencies hand over a repository and a good-luck email. Most hosts have never read your code. Because we do both, there is nobody to blame in between: the people who built the application are the people watching it run, patching it and scaling it. See our hosting plans and the uptime guarantee every project launches on.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom web application cost?

Most of the applications we build for small and mid-sized businesses fall between the low five figures for a focused MVP and the mid five figures for a multi-role platform with integrations. We quote a fixed price after a discovery call. Our cost guide explains what moves the number.

How long does it take?

A focused MVP typically ships in 4 to 8 weeks. A full platform with several user roles, billing and third-party integrations usually takes 3 to 6 months, delivered in milestones you approve.

Which technologies do you use?

React, Next.js or Vue on the front end; Laravel, Node.js or Django on the back end; MySQL or PostgreSQL; Docker-based deployments on our own cloud or on AWS and GCP. We pick the stack that fits the project, not the other way round.

Who owns the code?

You do, on full payment. You receive the repository, documentation and the deployment configuration. There is no lock-in to our hosting.

Can you take over an existing application?

Yes. We regularly inherit half-finished or legacy applications. We start with a code and security review, stabilise what is there, then plan improvements.
